CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation can be done within 7 days from the Order date and Refund will be made after deduction of necessary processing charges.

Refund Process as Follows:

1. Customer needs to submit the application for return goods with reason.
2. They should also mention the required bank detail on which the refund amount will be transferred.
3. Need self-attested PAN Card copy, ID Proof for Authentication.
4. Refund will be transferred in given bank detail within 7 working days after verification process is complete.
5. Customer needs to submit the recorded video of Product at the time of delivery
6. We will only accept those products/package in return, which are not damaged, used, tempered & should be in fine condition.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Our Company Name is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address given at the time of KYC. Delivery of our Products will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
